Women Who Would Like To Gain Weight
While it's extremely common to hear about
people who want to lose weight, it's much less common to
hear about people who want to add a few pounds to their
frame. It's practically unheard of to see women who would
like to gain weight!
And although it's not a huge issue in our society to want to
look "more meaty", it affects many more women than you
think!
Most of the people who want to gain weight are men. The most
common way to achieve this is for them to build muscle by
weight training. Muscle weighs more than fat (and looks better
on a man's body) so this is a good strategy for most
underweight men.
However, it's a different story for women who would like to
gain weight. Much of the time it's to achieve a curvier and
more feminine shape - not because they want to be showing off
huge biceps!
Although weight training is a great addition to your
healthcare routine, most women don't want to rely on it as a
means of weighing more.
Luckily, I have developed a plan that adds the perfect
combination of fat and muscle. You can pick it up here.
