Health Is Important For Weight Gain
Many people mistakenly believe that in
order to gain weight you should stuff yourself with fast
foods, deserts, and sugary drinks. Why do people think
this way? Probably because a great number of obese and
overweight people eat like that, and therefore they
believe that anyone can pack on the pounds just by
following an overweight person's eating habits.
This might work for some people, but it probably won't help
for most underweight people. People who have a real problem
with being underweight would need to slow down their metabolism
dramatically in order to see any effect from this type of
diet.
And even if this "diet" does work for some people, I can
guarantee you that they'll grow to regret those eating habits
one day, probably sooner than later. You can imagine the number

Many people don't think about how important health is for
